Statement (d) is incorrect. While the Supreme Court has the power to issue writs under Article 32, the High Courts have been given the same powers under Article 226. Article 226 gives the power to the High Courts to issue certain writs for the enforcement of fundamental rights or for any other purpose. Article 32 gives the power to the Supreme Court to issue certain writs for the enforcement of fundamental rights only.
