UPSC 2014 CDS II GK Paper

‘Garuda-V’, concluded recently, is a joint exercise between the AirForces of India and France. The fifth Indo-French bilateral Air Exercise was held from June 2 to 13, 2014 at Air Force Station, Jodhpur. It was conducted with the aim of enhancing Operational Co-operation and to validate the capabilities. The exercise helped both the Air Forces in appreciating the intricacies of planning and conduct of combat missions in an Operational Environment.
