After a Bill has been passed by the Houses of the Parliament, it ispresented to the President who may either give assent to the Bill orwithhold his assent. The President may return the Bill as soon aspossible after the Bill is presented to him with a message requesting the House to reconsider the Bill. Article 111 provides this veto power with respect to the assent of the President to Bill
