Albedo effect would be relatively higher in early morning and lateevening. Albedo is the measure of the diffuse reflection of solarradiation out of the total solar radiation received by an astronomical body. It is dimensionless and measured on a scale from 0 to 1. Albedo will be relatively higher during early morning and late evening because at both times the Sun rays are slanting.
