(d) A black hole is an invisible place in space where gravity pulls so much that even light cannot get out of it. The gravity in it is very strong, which squeezes matter into a tiny space. This happens when stars with a mass at least three times greater than that of our Sun undergo extreme gravitational collapse once their fuel depletes.
