(d) Speaker of Lok Sabha shall preside over a joint sitting of the two houses of Parliament.
As per the Article 108 of constitution, a joint session of Parliament can be summoned in case, if a bill has been passed by one House and transmitted to the other House and the Bill is rejected or held for long term by the other House.
