(d) The first editor of the journal‘Indian Opinion’ was Mansukhlal Nazar. The journal played an important role as a tool for the political movement led by M.K.Gandhi and the Indian National Congress to fight against racial discrimination and win civil rights for the Indian immigrant community in South Africa. It existed between 1903 and 1915. It was published in various languages such as Gujarati,Hindi, Tamil, and English.
