(d) The last session of the Indian National Congress attended by Bal Gangadhar Tilak was Amritsar Session, 1919. The Sikhs formed the All India Sikh League as are presentative body of the Panth for political action. The league held its first session in December, 1919 at Amritsar simultaneously with the session of the Indian National Congress.
