Homi Bhabha Award was established by the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research(TIFR), Mumbai and the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) in the year 2010 as part of the celebration of the centenary of the birth of Dr.Homi Jehangir Bhabha.
