Solution:

If the distance is constant, then the time varies inversely with speed.
Let the new speed be

{S}_{1}

and the actual speed be

{S}_{2}

And the new time taken be

T_{1}

and the actual time taken be

T_{2}

According to the question,

T_{1}: T_{2}=25: 45

⇒ 5: 9

So,

{S}_{1}: {S}_{2}=9: 5

Here,

{S}_{2}=60 {km} {/} {h}

⇒ 5 {R}=60

⇒ {R}=12

Now,

{S}_{1}=9 {R}

⇒ 9 × 12

⇒ 108 {km}{/} {h}
