Calculation:

$\Rightarrow \mathit{A}=62500\times {\left(1+8/100\right)}^2$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{A}=62500\times {\left(1+2/25\right)}^2$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{A}=62500\times {\left(27/25\right)}^2$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{A}=100\times 27\times 27$
