Let, length of the rectangular table $=\mathit{x}\mathit{m}$.
Breadth of the rectangular table $=\mathit{y}\mathit{m}$.
According to problem,
$\Rightarrow 2\left(\mathit{x}+\mathit{y}\right)=30$
$\Rightarrow \mathit{x}+\mathit{y}=15$ ....(1)
According to problem,
$\Rightarrow \mathit{x}\mathit{y}=54$.....(2)
From (1) and (2) we get,
$\Rightarrow \mathit{x}=9$ and $\mathit{y}=6$
$\therefore$ Length of the diagonal:
$\Rightarrow \sqrt{\left(9^2+6^2\right)}$
$\Rightarrow \sqrt{\left(81+36\right)}$
$\Rightarrow \sqrt{117}$
$\Rightarrow 10.82\mathit{m}$
