Calculation:
Let, the Cost Price of the article = Rs. 100x
Selling Price = Rs. 125x
According to the question,
⇒ 125x = 625
⇒ x = 5
Cost Price = 100x = 100 × 5 = Rs. 500
Loss = Rs.(500 ─ 380) = Rs. 120
Loss percentage = (120/500) × 100 = 24%
∴ He will loss 24%
