Calculation:
Total runs scored after 20 innings = 20 × 40
⇒ 800

So, after 22 innings his score = 800 + 200
⇒ 1000
Total runs scored after 23 innings = 45 × 23
⇒ 1035
Score in 23rd innings = (1035 – 1000)
⇒ 35
∴ The batsman score 35 runs in his 23rd innings
