Calculation∶
9 × 90 = 3 × ${\mathrm{T}}_2$
$\Rightarrow {\mathrm{T}}_2$ = (9 × 90) / 3
$\Rightarrow {\mathrm{T}}_2=270$
∴ 270 days are required to construct a building by 3 men.
