Fundamental Rights and Education: The original Constitution (1950) had seven Fundamental Rights . But after the passage of the 44th Amendment in1978 , there are now six Fundamental Rights . This Amendment deleted the seventh fundamental right, viz., right to property (Art. 31) from the list of Fundamental Rights. Six Fundamental Rights:
Right to Equality (Articles 14 to 18)
Right to freedom (Articles 19 to 22)
Right against Exploitation (Article 23 and 24)
Right to Freedom of Religion (Article 25)
Cultural and Educational Rights: Articles 29 and 30 are about cultural and educational rights.
Right to Constitutional Remedies (Article 32)
Hence, we conclude that Article 14 to 18 of Indian Constitution constitute the Right to Equality.
