A teacher is entrusted with the task of educating the students enrolled in his/her class. This trust is officially placed on the teacher by the State through the Ministry of Education which governs the education system; and the family of the child that sends the child to school to get educated as well as the society as a whole that believes in the institution of learning. Hence, the teacher is directly responsible for the education of a child. Therefore, the greater the handicap of the students coming to the educational institution, the greater is the demand on the teacher.
