Solution:

Change in quantity between 2003-2004

= {25-15}/15×100 = 66.66%

Change in quantity between 2004-2005

= {25 - 25}/25 ×100 = 0%

Change in quantity between 2005-2006

={ 50 -25}/25×100 = 100%

2006 shows 100% higher quantity over previous year.
