\;{3}/{5}, \;{3}/{8}, \;{4}/{9}

are less than

1/2

2/3 > 1/2

and

2/3 > 6/11

∴ Largest

=2/3,3/8 < 3/5;3/8 < 4/9

∴ Smallest

=3/8

Difference

=\;{2}/{3}-\;{3}/{8}=\;{16-9}/{24}=\;{7}/{24}
