Solution:

Ram left office for the bus stop 15 minutes early.
He takes 25 minutes to reach bus stop.
Due to traffic he reached 10 minutes late hence,

15 + 25 + 10 = 50

minutes to take come to th bus stop.
According to the Telugu translation given in the question, the answer is

15 + 15 + 10 = 40

minutes.
