Solution:

| \;{11}/{2} M-30 H|=90

|\;{11}/{2} M-30 × 7|=90

\;{11}/{2} M=90+210 ⇒ \;{11}/{2} M =300

M =\;{300 × 2}/{11}=54 \;{6}/{11}

7.54{6/11}

will two hands in the clock be at right angle to each other.
