Let the number of days taken by each man and that by each woman be m and w respectively
Given,12 men 1 day work $=\frac{1}{14}$
Also given 15 women 1 day work $=\frac{1}{14}$
Then 7 men and 5 women 1 day work
$=7\times \frac{1}{14\times 12}+5\times \frac{1}{14\times 15}$
$=\frac{11}{68}$
Hence it is completed in $\frac{168}{11}$
i.e $15\frac{3}{11}$days
