Solution:

Given CP of 20 = SP of 16
Let CP of 20 = SP of 16 = ₹ 80X
CP of 1 = 4X and SP of 1 = 5X
Profit

\%=\;{ SP - CP }/{ CP } × 100 \%=\;{5 X -4 X }/{4 X } × 100 \%

=25 \%
