$30\mathit{H}-\frac{11}{2}\mathit{M}={90}^{\circ }$
$30\times 5-\frac{11}{2}\mathit{M}={90}^{\circ }$
$\frac{11}{2}\mathit{M}=60$
$\mathit{M}=\frac{120}{11}=10\frac{10}{11}$
or
$\frac{11}{2}\mathit{M}-30\mathit{H}=90$
$\frac{11}{2}\mathit{M}-30\times 5=90$
$\frac{11}{2}\mathit{M}=240$
$\mathit{M}=\frac{480}{11}=43\frac{7}{11}$
From the given choices at $43\frac{7}{11}$ past 5, between 5 and 60’ clock will the two hands of a clock be at right angles.
