Let the radius and height of the cylinder be r and h respectively.
Given h = smaller side of the rectangle = 10 m
⇒Longer side of the rectangle = circumference of the circle
i.e. $22=2\mathit{\pi }\mathit{r}\Rightarrow \mathit{r}=\frac{11}{\mathit{\pi }}$cm
Volume of the cylinder $=\mathit{\pi }{\mathit{r}}^2\mathit{h}=\mathit{\pi }\times {\left(\frac{11}{\mathit{\pi }}\right)}^2\times 10$
$=\frac{1210}{\mathit{\pi }}\mathit{c}{\mathit{m}}^2$
