In a rectangular plot of $500\mathit{m}\times 300\mathit{m}$ roads of $2\mathit{m}$ wide are laid joining the mid points of the opposite sides and also a path of same width running inside and along the length and the breadth of it. How much of the area of the plot left excluding the roads and the path (in sq. m.)?
