Let the length of the platform = y meters
Time taken by the train to cross a platform = 20 seconds
Speed of the train = 34 m/sec

= 20
y = 680 m
Length of the platform = 680 meter
Time taken by the man to cross the same platform = 425 seconds
Speed of the man =

{680}/{425}

= 1.6 m/s
