TN TET 2019 Paper 2 Math and Science Paper

Rahul has made 45 conical pen stands, of same size, with the radius of each is being 5 cm and their heights are $\sqrt{3}$ times their radii, by using some amount of cardboard. How many pen stands can he make by using same amount of cardboard in the shape of cylinder with base, if the radius and the height of each cylindrical stand is 2 cm and 6.5 cm respectively ? (In both the types top is open)
