Two persons have contested in an election and 12% of the voters have not participated in voting. 15% of the polled votes are invalid and 10% of the polled votes are for NOTA. Among the remaining votes, the winner got 60% and won the election with 2,640 votes majority. How many voters are there in the voters list?
