Consider the following in relation to the complaint of sexual harassment under “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013” :
A. Any aggrieved woman may make, in writing, a complaint of sexual harassment at workplace.
B. Complaints can be made to the Internal Committee if so constituted, or the Local Committee.
