EC = CD - DE = 77 - 60 = 17 cm.

Here, s = $\frac{25+26+17}{2}$ = 34 cm,
a = 25 cm, b = 26 cm, c = 17 cm
Now, Area =
= $\sqrt{34\times 9\times 8\times 17}$ = 204 $\mathit{c}{\mathit{m}}^2$
Again, Area = $\frac{1}{2}$ × height x Base = 204
= $\frac{1}{2}$ × BF × 17 = 204
BF = $\frac{2204\times 2}{17}$ = 24 cm
Now, Area of Trapezium
= $\frac{1}{2}$ × height x (Sum of parallel sides)
= $\frac{1}{2}$ × 24 × (60 + 77) = 1644 $\mathit{c}{\mathit{m}}^2$
