The induced emf is related to the change in current as follows:

Where e is the induced emf,
$\mathit{L}$ is the self-inductance of the coil, and
$\frac{\mathit{d}\mathit{i}}{\mathit{d}\mathit{t}}$ is the rate of change of current in the coil.
Given that,
self-inductance (L) = 1 H
EMF (e) = 1 V
$\Rightarrow 1\frac{\mathit{d}\mathit{i}}{\mathit{d}\mathit{t}}=1$
$\Rightarrow \frac{\mathit{d}\mathit{i}}{\mathit{d}\mathit{t}}=1\mathrm{A}∕\mathrm{s}$
Therefore, the current flowing through it changes at the rate of 1 A/second
