Solution:

\V _{0}={ \V _{ \m }}/{3}

Hence, the equation becomes,

{ \V _{ \m }}/{3}={ \V _{ \m }}/{\π}(1+\cos \α)

or,

\π/3=(1+\cos \α)

\cos \α=0.047

\α=\cos ^{-1}(0.047)
