Solution:

\L _{1}=18 \H

\L _{2}=2 \H

\M =3 \H

From the above concept,

\k ={ \M }/{√{ \L _{1} \L _{2}}}

\k ={3}/{√{18 ×2}}={3}/{6}=0.50
