Applying KVL in loop:

12-4 i-2 \v_{0}+4-6 i=0

i={12+4-2 \v _{0}}/{10}

Also,

i=-\v_0/6

....(2)
Substituting

from equation (2) into (1).

{- \v _{0}}/{6}={16-2 \v _{0}}/{10}
