Solution:

The logic follows here is :

\text "(First Number)"^2 - \text "First Number" = \text "Second Number"

In 21 : 420;

21^2 - 21

= 441 - 21

= 420

Similarly;
In 18 ∶ 306;

18^2 - 18

= 324 - 18

= 306

Hence, "18 ∶ 306" is the correct answer.
