Solution:

Given that,

\N_{\r}=50

\N _{ \s }=8 ×5=40

∴ stepping angle can be calculated as

\β={ \N _{ \r }- \N _{ \s }}/{ \N _{ \s } × \N _{ \r }} ×360°

={50-40}/{50 ×40} ×360° =1.8°
