${\left(\mathrm{Number}\right)}^2:{\left(\mathrm{Number}-2\right)}^2$
Both the numbers should be a prime number.
${13}^2=169$
$\left(13-2\right)={11}^2=121$
Similarly,
$7^2=49$
${\left(7-2\right)}^2=5^2=25$
Hence, "49 : 25" is the correct answer.
NOTE: All other options are following logic ${\left(\mathrm{Number}\right)}^2:{\left(\mathrm{Number}-2\right)}^2$ but they both the numbers are not prime
