25 + 5\; ×\; 7 - 12\; ÷ 3 = 26

Solution:

25+5×7-12÷3=26

25÷5×7-12+3=26

⇒5×7-12+3=26

⇒35-12+3=26

⇒23+3=26

⇒26=26
