(2) The Indian Ocean Conference2017 was held in Colombo,Sri Lanka, in August 2017.It was the 2nd edition of theconference and was held withthe theme, theme “Peace,progress, and prosperity”. Theconference was co-hosted bythe India Foundation, a Delhi-based think tank, in collaborationwith RSIS, Singapore,and NIFS, Colombo — both researchand study centers.
