(3) The National Assembly,also known as the Afghan Parliament,has been built by India.The foundation stone forthe new Afghan Parliamentwas laid in August 2005 in thepresence of Hamid Karzai andManmohan Singh. It was inauguratedby Indian PrimeMinister Narendra Modi on 25December, 2015.
