(3) The Union Government on6 July, 2017 launched JIGYASAprogramme, a studentscientistconnect programme.For the implementation of theprogramme, the Council ofScientific and Industrial Research(CSIR) tied-up withKendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan(KVS). The focus of thisscheme is on connectingschool students and scientistsso as to extend student’s classroomlearning with wellplannedresearch laboratorybased learning.
