(3) India and Russia on 1 June2017 signed the St. Petersburg Declaration to mark the 70thanniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two nations. It was signed following the annual bilateral summit between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin in St. Petersburg.
