(4) According to Article 75(1),the Prime Minister is appointed by the President and the other Ministers are appointed by the President on the advice of the Prime Minister. All the ministers are appointed by the president on the advice of the Prime Minister. It is the Prime Minister who allocates the portfolio to other ministers.
