By interchanging two signs, check the option:-

6 + 9 ÷ 2 - 3 × 4 = 8
6 + 4.5 - 3 × 4 = 8
6 + 4.5 - 12 = 8
10.5 - 12 = 8

6 - 9 × 2 + 3 ÷ 4 = 8
6 - 9 × 2 + 0.75 = 8
6 - 18 + 0.75 = 8
6.75 - 18 = 8
- 11.25 = 8 False

6 + 9 × 2 ÷ 3 - 4 = 8
6 + 6 - 4 = 8
12 - 4 = 8
8 = 8 True
Option 3 is true, so, no need to check the fourth option.
