Option 3 has an error.
Rice is an uncountable noun.
We can say 'a little rice' / 'some rice' or it can be written as ' a few grains of rice'.
However, 'few' is a determiner used for countable nouns.For example: I added a few books to my collection.
Correct sentence: My brother brought a little / some rice while coming from the market.
