Solution:

16{2/3}%=1/6=

3/20 and 37.5% = 3/8
Let the number be x, then
According to the question
⇒ x × (7/6) × (17/20) = 238
⇒ x = 238 × (20/17) × (6/7)
⇒ x = 240
Now,
37.5% of 240
⇒ 240 × (3/8)
⇒ 90
