⇒ The average marks of the students = 919/10 = 91.9
⇒ Percentage more than the average marks of the students = [(99 – 91.9)/91.9] × 100
⇒ Percentage more than the average marks of the students = [7.1/91.9] × 100 = 7.725 ≈ 7.73%
∴ Percentage more than the average marks of the students is 7.73%.
