⇒A = Highest Common factor of $\frac{3}{4}$ and $\frac{9}{16}=\frac{3}{16}$
⇒ A = $\frac{3}{16}$
⇒ LCM of fraction = $\frac{\mathrm{LCM}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{numerator}}{\mathrm{HCF}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{denominator}}$
⇒ B = Least Common Multiple of $\frac{16}{5}$ and $\frac{4}{25}$
⇒ B = $\frac{16}{5}$
⇒ A + B = $\frac{3}{16}+\frac{16}{5}=\frac{271}{80}$
∴ The value of A + B is 271/80.
