The perimeter of a rhombus = 20 cm
⇒ Perimeter = 4 × side = 20
⇒ Side = 5 cm
⇒ Side = $\frac{1}{2}\times \sqrt{{\left({\mathrm{d}}_1\right)}^2+{\left({\mathrm{d}}_2\right)}^2}$
⇒ 5 = $\frac{1}{2}\times \sqrt{{\left(6\right)}^2+{\left({\mathrm{d}}_2\right)}^2}$
⇒ ${\left({\mathrm{d}}_2\right)}^2$ = 100 – 36 = 64
⇒ ${\mathrm{d}}_2$ = 8 cm
∴ The length of the other diagonal is 8 cm.
